Maple River Animal Clinic

I'm at an understanding there's a process in getting a cat, but when you've called around and every vet tells you its a 3 month waiting list - none the less in a very rude and rushed tone on a Sunday when they didn't need to call back then, you earn a 1 star. I'm sure you have stellar vets, but the whole laying it on thick "we have a three month waiting list" "we can't accommodate for saturdays" and the "we aren't accepting new clients" trio slap wasn't necessary. Could've just said we're not accepting new clients and think the situation is a bit fishy. Hope you learn from your people catering mistakes. This poor girl is now going to have to wait up to 6+ months to be fixed / get any sort of mites treatment and I am honestly uncouthed.

Maple River did an exam on a puppy that was flying out of state to his new home. My regular vet had called around to providers in the area to see who had the system that was needed for this TSA certificate. Maple River schedule me a week out. They told the receptionist at my regular vet it would be $275. I was shocked but I didn't know what went into this certification. I have had other puppies certified to cross national borders but never to fly. The vet listened to his lungs/heart and took his temp, that was about the extent of the exam. She didn't do any vaccines or tests. At the end of the visit I asked her why this certification was so much more expensive than the previous ones I had gotten at my regular vet. Her response was, "we are doing (my regular vet) a FAVOR by fitting you in

I have been coming here for a few years since adopting my cats CC and Rosie from humane society. One of my cats, Rosie had cancer and they told me to bring her in when it was time and keep her comfortable. I had almost a whole month with my kitty and New Year’s Day she took a hard turn for the worse I called their emergency number and doctor came in special for me and my kitty. It was a heartbreaking day, but I’m very thankful for their love and compassion of their clients and pets. My other cat, CC I take in about once a month to get her nails clipped, shots etc and they make the process fast and efficient. I can’t recommend this vet enough I appreciate them more than I can say!

I've been visiting this clinic for over 13 years. Since I got my Gracie May an English Shepherd at 6 weeks old . She was a wonderful family dog that left you wanting for nothing more. We let her go on July 3rd. The staff at Maple River have been there for every twist and turn. From skunk advice to getting out porcupine quills and treating for that moment when they eat your plant that's not as safe as you thought. And then they were there for her final moments with compassion and thoughtfulness. If you need a vet clinic that's not going to rip you off and treat your pet as the family member they are, go to Maple River. Thank you for your over 13 years of service to our family!

The best ever! We stumbled on Colleen and her wonderful staff on a July 4th emergency for our dog Destiny 20 years ago. At the time I lived 4 hours away but she became our vet that day. We now have Chi and are living up here . The knowledge,support and love for animals come through the minute you walk into the door! I trust them 100% with my fur babies !
