I regret taking so long to leave this since potential customers need to be warned. In a nutshell: this place is generally filthy, with dust motes rolling around the floors. There are no exam tables, the docs prescribe unneeded tests, don't listen & make bad diagnoses. They look only to pad the bill which for 2 bad visits was about $700. Most of all, they don't even bother to provide notes on visits. I think this way they can cover up malpractice. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We took all our pets to NE Vet for years until they were bought out by a big corporation. I looked to find an independent clinic & appreciated this was run by a female. All I really needed was to refill a prescription for my elderly dog. HOWEVER, Dr. Konz was 40 min late, seeing me after a procedure. She looked knackered and

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. From the front desk to the veterinarians, everyone is kind, patient, and genuinely cares about the animals they treat. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been a stressful visit feel calm and reassuring. Our pet was treated like family, and that means everything. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet they can truly trust.

It pains me to write this as I absolutely adore Dr. Hoffman and will forever appreciate how well she cared for our beloved cat during his final days. In recent years, this clinic has become disorganized, chaotic, and unprofessional. Every call is an ordeal and we see a new vet each visit. Our last visit was the final straw. I had to wait for over an hour because they were short staffed. I know this because they said so at least 15 times while I was waiting. Their anxious energy affected my already nervous dog. When the vet finally came in, she approached my dog quickly and directly - making eye contact and hovering over her. The vet made me muzzle her, which no one else has had to do. It was a traumatic experience for me and my sweet girl. I just can't go back and can't recommend them anym

Dr. Konz has been our vet since 2006! She is the absolute best. She has a great beside manner, extremely knowledgeable, and pragmatic. Her love for animals is unmatched and I would trust no one else to care for our furry friends. She has supported our family with both cats and dogs.

We love Dr. Konz and her staff! I know I can always trust her to care for my pets as well as her own.
