I used to wonder whether they were being treated with kindness and compassion while waiting for me to come home. I really hated that feeling. Now, I don't have to feel any of that anymore! It's like dropping your dogs off to vacation with Grama and Grampa. You know that they will be well cared for and loved on. You know that they will be comfortable in a very nice, immaculately clean, home type setting. You know that they will get to run and play outside often. We board our 2 Italian greyhounds at Maple Lawn Bed & Biscuit for most of our vacations and have complete peace of mind while we are gone. Karen and Rich treat our dogs like they are their own. Their boarding facility has large kennels and a comfortable climate for our skinny greyhounds. They have a large fenced area for the dogs to run and play. One of our dogs requires eye-drop medication twice a day and they make sure that it gets done. Italian greyhounds tend to be a little bit “needy” but Rich and Karen do a great job with them. Thanks for taking such good care of our dogs so we can enjoy our trips without worry.

Our family would highly recommend Maple Lawn Bed & Biscuit!!! Our 11yo Chocolate Lab (who is very sweet but oftentimes quite an anxious boy) just got back from a stay here. We were away visiting family for two weeks and while we missed him greatly, we never had to worry about his care. Anytime I checked in to see how things were going, Karen responded promptly (in addition to her reaching out to check in with us). It was obvious he was well cared for and that he was enjoying his stay (complete with his beloved zoomies in their fenced in yard). When he got home you could tell he was happy to be back but did not present with the typical anxiousness or over-excitedness a pet may have where you have to make sure they don’t eat or drink too fast so they don’t make themselves ill. Karen has an incredible set up for your beloved pups, I would call it a "dog condo" before using the term kennel. They create a special environment that not only keeps your dogs relaxed, but also gives their owners peace of mind knowing their pups are getting the care and love they deserve. Cannot recommend this place enough to board your pups!

Our senior dog Roxy boarded with Karen & Rick for 4 days and was treated with lots of love. The kennel is very clean and spacious. I highly recommend this business.
