As a new client at Maple Lane Veterinary Clinic, I have so many positive things about our experience. My two dachshunds are under the care of Dr. Lauren Kallaway, and they have received nothing but exceptional care. Tabitha at the front desk has been especially kind, empathetic, and easy to communicate with. She ensures that information is exchanged quickly and clearly, which makes a difference as an anxious pet owner! 😉 Dr. Kallaway has truly gone above and beyond for my dogs. She carefully reviewed years of prior medical records and took every precaution to ensure my dogs were safe during their recent dental procedure. I went here for the 1st time on 11/7/25 & im so glad I chose this place! The staff is so friendly and Lauren is so knowledgeable I really had a great 1st visit and im sticking with this place for good for my shi-poo Gizmo thanks so much for the great 1st visit and I look forward to coming again in the future! We absolutely adore Dr. Ann at the clinic. We initially weren’t so sure about her but grew to really love the kindness she and her staff showed our 4 dogs and even our bunny for occasional nail trims. Dr. Ann solved an ongoing issue for one of our dogs that the 6 other vets in various states had been telling us was something else and his life has greatly improved because of her knowledge and care. He went from having horrible chronic bloody ear infections to not having a single one in over a year. She gets down on your dog’s level and provides the most comfortable care, no craning them up on a table while they’re shaking and scared. We had our first visit there a few days ago when a pregnant, stray cat was in labor and having difficulty. They got us in the next day and showed Fluffy true compassion. Sadly her kittens had passed away, but the entire staff there are so sweet and kind. Fluffy was spayed and vaccinated during her stay and I truly believe these people were angels that not only tried to save her kittens, but also saved Fluffy's life. I highly recommend Maple Lane....and it's in a beautiful location. ♥️

Receptionist Tabitha took my call and was able to fit me in with my sick dog even though I had not been there before. All of the staff was very friendly and compassionate. Dr. Ann was professional and competent and diagnosed my dog in a warm and caring manner. The hospital was clean and everyone had spray bottles to disinfect as needed! I was very pleased with the whole visit.
