I brought our cat (Betsy White) in expecting she would not come home she had a life threatening infection that required surgery and even though we had never been seen there before they got her into surgery within days and saved her life! They were all so kind and took time to really talk to me and answer questions and I had several! With Vets being so busy these days they could have sent us to emergency hospital which I don’t know if I could have afford and we would have had no choice but to let her go but they instead they took excellent care of our girl and she is doing great and we look forward to having her for many more years Thank you so much for saving our baby

My animals have always stayed healthy under their care.I was very happy to get an appointment the same day I called for one because it was a beautiful day so easy drive. No waiting with my anxious pooch. The tech and vet calmed the dog easily. One thing I like at MLVC is that the staff comes to the dog for the exam instead of trying making the dog do stuff that is alien to the animal. This is long overdue, but I cannot thank the Maple Lake team enough for their support when it came time to put down my pet, Hobbes. They were available on short notice, incredibly understanding, provided all the time I needed and answered any questions I had along the way. We typically go to Watkins location since it's closer but our cat needed dental work. They did an amazing job and she was back to eating normally within a couple days. Great people.

Would not recommend Dr. Shannon Millikan to anyone. Recently took my dog in for a visit to update vaccines and had questions about which vaccines were truly necessary. I wanted more information about the DHPP vaccine and asked her how the viruses it protects against are contracted. Dr. Millikan rolled her eyes and said “you want to know how ALL of them are contracted?”. As a vet, I would expect respectful communication and a willingness to explain medical information, especially when a client is trying to make informed decisions for their pet. She also tried to make me feel dumb when I asked if it was necessary for my dog since he is not around other dogs saying, “why are you doing the lepto vaccine then?” I paid $466.75 for an appointment where I was mocked for asking basic medical ques
