Maple Heights Animal Hospital

Today was my first time going to this facility. The lobby and decor may be outdated but the care my Bailey girl received was excellent! They were patient and caring from the friendly receptionist to Dr. Long. He even got down on the floor to examine my 94 lb. Big baby! 🤗

I went here because I was recommended by companion pets. Iwas trying to find out what was wrong with my cat. We thought maybe it was her teeth needing to be clean. Many things can go wrong when your cat become elderly, but they handle her with so much care she came out of there so happy and her face didn't hurt as badly as it did and she was able to eat and live in comfort for a while longer.

The is the sweetest woman, she helped me with the most difficult task of having to schedule putting my cat down. The Dr was so sweet caring and professional. I appreciate them we will be back for other animals and appointments

This place is great for basic vet care. Reasonably priced, and it’s clear Dr Long really cares about animals. Yes, the place needs a makeover, but that just tells me that every dollar spent is going to cover the cost of care rather than renovations.

DONT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE. We unfortunately had to put our two dogs down and for 1 the way they did the procedure is outdated. For two my animals were extremely scared and screaming. The doctor couldn’t find his vein and they let the dogs arm move so blood splattered everywhere. On top of this we were told it would be $90 for both paw prints. They now are telling us they FORGOT? To do one of them and still trying to make us pay for the one. This place is an absolute joke.
