Mandy's is absolutely Amazing! Excellent grooming services, customer service, and kind caring friendly staff! Extremely reasonable pricing! All of you made Apollo feel safe and loved! He looks Amazing! Beautiful grooming job! This is my second visit. I highly recommend Mandy and Vaught as well as all of the team members! Thank you Mandy ❤️

I usually bring my dog here for a nail trim and there's one groomer in particular who always seems a bit distracted or careless. One time she was watching a show on her iPad when I came in and rather than pause it to trim my dog's nails, she continued to watch her show—by this I mean her eyes were on the iPad, not my dog's feet. While my dog looks young, he's actually 12yo and hates having his nails trimmed so he needs full attention for the full 5 minutes it takes to cut/grind his nails and I don't think that's too much to ask. The other groomers are much nicer and attentive so it's luck of the draw which groomer you will get on any day which, is why I have been a customer here for so long. Plus their half off on Tuesday and Thursday is a good deal. I could have said something in person

I had a very disappointing experience at this dog grooming facility due to a serious lack of professionalism and hygiene. When my dog was placed on the grooming table, it was clearly not cleaned and still covered with hair from a previous dog. Even worse, after the grooming was finished, my dog was covered in another dog’s hair, which shows that proper cleaning and sanitation procedures are not being followed. This is not just unpleasant — it’s unsafe. Cross-contamination like this can easily expose dogs to skin infections, parasites, or diseases from other animals. Pet owners trust groomers with their dogs’ health and well-being, and basic cleanliness should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here. So happy we brought Bailey in for a do it yourself bath. She wasn't too thrilled. The staff were wonderful. Amy even gave Bailey a trim, so she could before her grooming appointment. We will definitely be back!

Walked in for a nail trim and grind for our 8 year old Husky/Lab mix. Amy stopped what she was doing to help us. In and out in 15 minutes. Great service as always. Thank you Amy!
