Mama Bear's Bed & Biscuit

I bring my 5 month old puppy Mia here. All of the people are absolutely wonderful in caring for her, and every other dog i have seen. Everyone gets fed, loved, cared for, rest time, they follow instructions perfectly if they need medicine or special diet. They also are fantastic in making sure all dogs are friendly, and able to be in a room together playing. I recently also had her nails trimmed, and they did great. Their prices are top tier, dropping off and picking up are so easy and simple. My only complaint is they need cameras for the owners to check on their dogs/cats. Its not a matter of trust, its that we want to see our pets playing, running, getting wet, or even sleeping. Owners just like seeing their pets! We recently had to be out of our house for repairs for 4 days on short notice and needed to board our 3 dogs. The manager, Riley, was super helpful and knowledgeable in guiding us through the process. She sent us a few photos of our fur babies playing and having a blast which really helped us be at ease being away from them. As a pet owner knowing our dogs are being cared for and loved is of the top priority and Riley and her staff delivered with flying colors. We would highly recommend using their services. Having both an indoor and outdoor play area is fabulous as we did not want our pets just sitting in a kennel all day and night. When we got them home they were exhausted from all the playing and exercise. Great Job Riley & Co.!!! Thank you.

Finding Mama Bear Bed & Biscuit was such a blessing! I brought in my two doodles who were in rough shape after a bad boarding experience and in desperate need of grooming. They had matted hair and one even had sores from licking his paws. The staff was incredibly gentle, and I saw a huge improvement the moment I picked them up. They truly care for your dogs as if they were their own, and my pups look and feel so much better already. Thank you for taking such great care of our fur babies—you’ve definitely gained a repeat customer!

This place is amazing. Each dog no matter the breed is tested for attitude and compatability to ensure safety of the staff and your fur baby. I have two dogs I bring about 3 times a week and know they will be safe and well cared for. One of my dogs Stella is an American Staffishire Terrier. She is such a sweet heart but plays very aggressively with the other dogs. She had many little bad habits and could be a handful. All of a sudden everyone that knew Stella, started commenting on how she was becoming more and more calmer. It took me a bit to notice but as time went on Stella was just becoming less frantic but even more loving and sweet..
