By far my favorite groomer I’ve been to! I love the vibes and everyone there! It’s a wonderful time and my old man gets taken care of as well as my best friends chocolate lab and my other friend mini frenchie! I recommend Makenzie to all my friends and my sisters too! 🥹 love here and won’t be going anywhere else!

I’ve been going here for at least a year now with my husky, and I have to say they always do an amazing job. More specifically Trysha, she’s always so gentle with my dog and provides top notch grooming results! They offer a lot of options for different needs when booking and to top it off he always leaves with a new bandana!

Words cannot express how horrible this place is! Second time I’ve taken my dog here because her regular groomer was busy; both times I’ve picked her up wet, and not fluffy at all. This time I picked her up completely shaved after asking for her to be trimmed! Her face is botched, her body and face is wet; before seeing her they said she did amazing! When they brought her out and I seen they shaved her I asked if she was matted, they said no! Absolutely no excuse to EVER do this to a dog! Especially to leave a dog wet! Please see photos of her groomer at D-Tails who do a wonderful job when I ask to trim her, and they still leave her completely fluffy and gorgeous! I love how clean it is. The staff is professional and friendly. I love love love this place and the pupper likes it too. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would.
