We love MVP! They are all so welcoming and so loving towards our puppy. They are patient in answering all my questions, and go above and beyond to make sure we feel taken care of. After my puppy got spayed the nurse even walked me out to the car and opened the door for me since I was carrying my puppy. They’re truly the best and I’m so grateful for them all.

She simply did not like my review, which is 100% true to my experience. Consumer reviews are protected by federal law, and nothing in my review below is against the guidelines. I had been an MVP customer for over eight years. After they moved and opened the resort, their priorities shifted. In September, I took my dog for an annual checkup, as I do for all my pets. I showed the vet the red spots on my dog's tongue that persisted. The vet showed little concern and did no specific tests. The only new concern was mild tartar (rated 1 on a scale of 1-4). Twenty-two days later, I returned with concerns about my dog's enlarged jaw lymph nodes and lesions on her tongue

The staff at Mainstay is what makes the practice what it it. The front line girls are always welcoming with a smile. The first treatment professional makes your pet feel very special and that you are ok going forward with the next steps of care for your pet. All the Dr's are well educated and are good at multiple procedures that are essential in keeping your pet top notch with there health.

I appreciated the cats only part of the practice. It made for much more relaxed visit for my cat. The receptionists were lovely, very kind and warm. Nurse Savannah was very thorough and all around great. And of course, Dr. Hart was wonderful with our kitty. We are actually looking forward to going back when we have our next visit.

Excellent doctors, technicians and facilities. Office staff is great too. The pricing list on the website shows they're trustworthy, then the people there really make us trust them. We're very happy with MVP!
