My dogs had a wonderful experience today with Shelby the groomer, I highly recommend her for your grooming needs. She is very patient and understanding of my dogs needs. Thank you Shelby my girls look and smell great!
Shelby is an amazing groomer. She is very kind and my dog always looks and smells amazing after her grooming session. We also love the staff at Maine Pet Supply. They are kind, knowledgeable and always give my dog pats and love! I highly recommend!
I began bringing my doodle for grooming here after Shelby joined their team. Shelby is an incredibly talented groomer; she’s meticulous, thoughtful, and most importantly, she loves my puppy! As a bonus, they have a great selection of treats, toys, and supplies to complete our grooming visits every six weeks.
Management lacking professionalism. Loud audible sighs and eye rolling response from the manager immediately upon walking through the door with a bag of pet food to return. Manager argued and berated me in front of other customers. I have been shopping here since the store opened. The owner is wonderful, but due to the lack of professionalism and poor customer service displayed by the manager, I have since found another store with more courteous staff.
They are open until 6:00 pm, which is super helpful. They are also knowledgeable and friendly. Great staff.
