Main Street Veterinary Clinic

I made an appointment through their website where I was able to view available dates and times. Set up an account for my new puppy, entered all my information. Everything seemed to go through perfectly on my end. Showed up for the appointment and was informed that nothing came through on their end. Lady at the front desk whom I was speaking with was kind and trying to be helpful. Lady in the back with a bit of a snappy attitude let me know that I would have received a call or a text if it had gone through, she made it very clear to me they always contact day before to confirm appointments. Being my first time, not sure how I was to have know that. No problem that things got messed up on their website scheduling, my problem is the lack of kindness show about the situation. So be warn

I have to hand it to Dr ford and the rest of the staff at Main Street they are great people to deal with . Dr Ford truly cares for the animals and the people also. The whole staff are very polite and courteous.

Very friendly staff. Helpful and kind doctors. They explain everything you need to know about care and treatment options. They follow up on your pets to see how they are doing. Prices have gone up a good bit from my last visit.

Dr Ford and his staff are excellent. Made my fur baby feel better and gave me peace of mind.
