Main Street Small Animal Veterinary Clinic

Earlier this week, I found myself in a dilemna. I had to see a bone specialist in Pratt, KS and then take one of my French Bulldog girls to Wichita both on the same day. I live 1.5 hours from both places. I knew I had no choice but to take my Frenchie with me to Pratt and then go to Wichita but I couldn't take her into the doctor with me and certainly not leave her in the car. When I called this vet clinic, Dr. Bergner answered the phone herself. She was quite friendly and when I explained my situation, she agreed to board my dog for 4 hours while I was at the doctor. The lobby was very tidy and clean. Check in was a breeze. It was wonderful not to have to stress and worry about my dog while I was having my broken foot tended to by the doctor. I took one of my dogs here about 7 years ago. I left this place a 1 star review. They had zero urgency and told me it was nothing to worry about. I had taken my senior dog in for seizures. Somehow they got the review removed but I wanted to put the 1 star back because this place is deserving.

Saved my fur baby's life! Hat's off to this place. Love and care was above and beyond any I'd seen in years. Now my pet has an amazing place for service that's more than a building, an amazing crew. Hat's Off. (Thank You-MSSAV)

Oh my goodness what a nice group of people. We are from out of town and our dog suddenly became ill. This clinic was very accommodating and saw our dog ASAP. She was handled very gently and not rushed at all. I believe we have everything we need for a complete recovery and if this recovery hits a snag Main Street Small Animal will be there for us. I thank them for recognizing our dog was an anxious kind of lady and treating her with kindness 10/10 would recommend

Had an emergency with our cat vomitting and not eating so we took him in- they kept him 2 days and got him back to normal. Amazing people & staff. Knowledgeable and thoughtful!
