When we first went out to visit them in person they didn't have any puppies but took the time to show us their stud male Bernardo, along with their female Christa and break down everything about the breed: the good, the bad, and the ugly. Throughout the entire process they kept in touch with us asking exactly what we wanted and showing us examples of previous puppies and how their coloration changed, personality developed, and how they were interpreting exactly what we were saying we wanted so there were no translation issues. Magnus Lupus Kennels does an amazing job with their puppies!! We got our boy Zeus and he was already working on sit, lay down and stay!! Zeus was also crate trained and able to sleep through the night our first night home!! The mom krista is such a good German Shepard and his dad Xavier is beautiful!! I would not recommend anywhere else to shop for a Shepard puppy! From the moment they are born the puppies are treated as part of there family until the moment you go and pick him or her up!! The land they are raised on from birth is 12 acres!!! And our boy Zeus adapted so quickly to his new home!! Thank you so much Patrick and Laurie!!

Our shepherd is not quit a year, and he is reaching close to 70 lbs, with more to go. He is the most beautiful dog I've ever had with a top notch personality. He's feisty, very loyal and smart. This is what we wanted and Patrick knows his pups, so he fixed us up with the perfect one. Loki bonded with us instantly. We had no problem getting him in his crate the same day we brought him home, he was potty trained and already knew "sit." He will never stray far from us, in fact when we are on our farm, he has to keep looking back to see if we are still there. He's amazing. The family is incredible, the dogs are on site at their home, in their living room and you can play with them and see how they put so much love into their pups. They are a trust-worthy family. Update: 2 years later they finally found someone to take the dog. Now advertised as high prey drive which was accurate from the start, though advertised as low prey drive. I was told once the dog sold I would get some of my money back, which should have been refunded from the start due to bad temperament in the dog. Of course never heard from them again. Find a quality breeder, this is NOT one. Buyer beware! Purchased a puppy and had to return it the next week due to aggression issues. Dog was fine with us but with each passing day became more and more aggressive with everyone else and other animals. We didn’t feel safe even walking her around the block. We purchased our first GS from this family and to my surprise, after driving almost 6 hours to pick up the puppy, the family had him bathed and very clean to travel back home with us. And 6 weeks later, Finn is proving to be a very smart, loving, caring, and loyal GS puppy for us. I can say that this is not a typical breeder as the family seems to want the best for their puppies!
