Janelle and Jonathan run a great business! Janelle was very helpful and offered suggestions on how to select the type of carpet for our area (bedroom and stairs), and let us take color samples home to make the best selection. There’s a lot more that goes into picking the correct carpet than I would have thought and thankful for Janelle’s expertise. Jonathan takes pride in his work and did a beautiful job with install. He took the time to fix any floor squeaks, offered different suggestions on install, and was very organized, professional and tidy. Magnum will be our go-to for any future flooring needs!
We called Magnum Floors to stretch our 10 year old carpet. The Customer Service was outstanding as was the actual knowledge and work that was performed. And... the price was extremely reasonable! We highly recommend them!!
