Dr. Loftin and staff were great with our Boston! Would recommend them to anyone. They showed tons of care and really cared about the well being of our girl. He was thorough with communication and made us feel comfortable through her surgery.

It’s been five years today since I lost my precious dog. I can’t remember the name of the veterinarian, it’s the owner, the man vet. He knew my dog had knee issues. He also knew my dog was slightly aggressive toward kids So he put my dog on one of those dog Xanax’s. I regret ever following the direction of this vet. As soon as my dog started taking the medication, he would shake uncontrollably. The vet said he needed exericise so take him on hour walks or exercise a day which led to more knee and leg issues until I came home one day and found my precious dog could no longer walk at 5 years old. His legs would not move, it was as if he was paralyzed in an arch position, which he was. He could no longer walk at all. He was in so much pain his eyes were rolling around. No amount of morphine f

Cannot say enough good things about the staff here. My 110 lb Pyrenees mix normally has to be medicated and muzzled for vet visits because of his fear of men/vet visits. We saw Dr. Loftin today & when he entered the room, he sat down on the floor next to Huck, pet him & talked to him & took the time to let Huck get comfortable before starting the exam. I usually dread vet visits but this was such a peaceful experience.

Dr. Hayes was so great. He was knowledgeable, extremely nice. You can see the way he talks about animals how much he loves animals. His wife works at the front desk and is really nice as well. Absolutely am taking my pound puppy back. Highly recommended.

I really loved this hospital because of their friendly staff and their ability to get us in quickly. The only downfall for me is that the vet didn't seem to know much about my specific breed of dog and I need someone more qualified to see to the needs of my Frenchies. But their clinic is wonderful, clean, and full of smiling faces who provide great care for all animals in general, just not my dog who is known to have many probable issues through its lifespan.
