I met the owner during a shopping outing. She had struck up a conversation because I had my Shiba with me. She just told me that they also have a Shiba and we were talking about the difficulties and quirks of the breed. I offhandedly mentioned my difficulties getting her bathed. I was unable to do it myself and none of the groomers I had booked appointments with would take her because she was too difficult. Very ironically, the lady I was expressing my woes to was a groomer! She said that she could take her and I had my doubts after previous refusals to take my dog. However, I took her in and Saraya did an amazing job!
