Dr. Levey and staff were absolutely amazing. They got us in same day when our cat had an emergency, Dr.Levey explained everything in detail to us about what was going on and offered her very best advice that would be best for our Macy. Unfortunately, there was nothing we could do to save her but, they made a very unexpected tragedy a little bit easier by their kindness and love. They also have a very beautiful room with a couch to say goodbye to your beloved companion. It's a lot more peaceful than a "scary" exam room. They made a beautiful paw print keepsake and a cute little jar of her fur, and sent us a sympathy card signed by every member of their staff. We are eternally grateful for their kindness🥺 We'll definitely be bringing our other animals here now.

Everyone here was friendly, informative, great listeners and took our concerns seriously. We had been to several other vets before finding them and Madison Veterinary Hospital finally helped us. The large amount of tests we needed were done efficiently and rather quickly. They also were not outrageously expensive compared to some others. They fit us in on short notice even though we were a new patient. Again, we can’t thank you all enough!

I wanted to take a moment to leave a review about Dr. Levy and the entire team at Madison Veterinary Hospital because they truly deserve to be recognized. While I was traveling abroad during the holidays, my pup Shalom stayed at a doggy daycare for 12 days. When we picked him up, he was extremely lethargic and his lymph nodes were swollen. Dr. Levy and her team immediately took action and started him on antibiotics. He began to improve but midway through the treatment he declined again. He began having balance issues, shaking, loss of appetite, vomiting and visible neurological symptoms. Without hesitation, the team made space for us to come in early the next morning. And Dr. Levy true to who she has always been, was caring, compassionate, thorough and deeply invested in finding answers.

Today was the first time we visited Madison Veterinary. We unfortunately had to put our cat, Sophia, down. Dr. Levey and her staff went above and beyond what I expected. The office was beautiful. There separate areas for cats and dogs. There was a beautiful room we sat in as we put Sophia down. Dr. Levy even cried along with us. We were told to take as long as we wanted to spend time with her before and after she passed. I have never been to a more passionate and caring vet as Madison Vet was. I definitely will switch vets for my other babies at home. I can't thank them enough.

Such a friendly and caring staff! My dog loves their vet techs and veterinarian, and they are so patient with our crazy dog! They seem quite knowledgeable about the issues my dog has had and have provided immediate and manageable treatment plans.
