Maddie Mae's is the best. They are knowledgeable about the products they carry. They are helpful and take time to help you choose the right products for your dog or cat.

The sales person at Maddie Mae's was very helpful in fitting our Molly with a sweater and harness. We picked up a leash, accessories and some training snacks. We loved the service and the store. We will definitely will be back.

Chad, his wife and staff are just so amazingly attentive. I think I've finally found a dog food my dog will actually eat and it isn't kibble. They are accommodating and have even gone so far as to call other stores to fulfill their patrons needs.

Maddie was very nice and helpful. I had a small issue with a name tag. She was patient and polite. She found the problem and corrected it right away! Great customer service!
