Mackinac Straits Vet Clinic

We Had to Take one of our Cats in for A emergency visit. We were able to take him to this Clinic. The Vet Met us at the clinic and she was very nice and Was absolutely great with our Snickers cat who had broken and dislodge a tooth and couldn't shut his mouth. The Vet did a amazing job at cleaning him up and making him as comfortable as he could be considering my poor kittys circumstances. She Gave us advice on how we would need to proceed to get it fixed and it was a overall great experience. THANK YOU FOR HELPING MY SNICKERS BOY. YOU Are greatly appreciated and I would recommend Dr. Marry and Mackinac straights Vet clinic to anyone. They Truly care about your pets. Again Thank you for being there.

Dr Mary took my sons cat in as emergency and was great with the kitty. He had a broken tooth and couldn't close his mouth. She gave pain meds, and fluids and got him stable till his regular get vet could pull the tooth as he does have a heart murmur. We were very very happy with her service. Definitely recommend her to people.

I can’t say enough good information regarding Dr Mary and her staff. Sherri and Jonathan and Dr Mary were wonderful to us and our new rescue kittens Everyone was so kind and helpful Milo and Tanner are very fortunate to have such a great veterinary team in place

My dog LOVES going to see Dr. Mary and everyone else at Mackinac Straits vet. It’s hard to keep him in the car when he sees his friends coming out to get him. As a dog mother, it always feels so good to see people who love and care about your dog as much as you do, so I feel so good about bringing him in here. I know he’s going to get the best care possible from honest professionals who genuinely care about him. He always receives the best care and I receive the best peace of mind. I have never been to this practice, but being someone who works in the field and reading the MANY 1 star reviews from beyond entitled people pushed me to comment. This is a veterinary CLINIC. NOT a hospital! The amount of out-of-town or out-of-state tourists bashing this practice is INSANE! Poor planning on your part does not equate an emergency on the clinics end! As a tourist with a pet, it is YOUR responsibility to do research prior to your trip to find a veterinary EMERGENCY OR URGENT CARE HOSPITAL! If you were on vacation and broke your leg, had a seizure, were in an accident, etc and needed emergent care, you would NOT show up to a random primary care physicians office and demand to be seen. You would go to the emergency room. The same applies to animals. Do not walk into a general p
