Rick was fantastic from start to finish. Super responsive by phone and text, and he worked with me on a very tight timeline without missing a beat. I didn't even have to be home, his measuring crew was able to use the key in the lockbox to get in and do what they needed to do to provide an estimate. I was also really impressed with Rick's knowledge. I sent him the name of the carpet I had in my old house and he knew exactly what I was talking about. They even had it in stock! Jon Forkner and Mandi Means were lovely to work with in the showroom, and Mani, the installer, did a great job. The team worked with me to squeeze the installation into a narrow window, so I didn't have to keep my retail shop closed for a long time. The LVP flooring looks gorgeous and is so pleasant to walk on. It seems like it's going to be easy to keep clean.

We worked with Brian and would not recommend Macadam for backsplash work this was quoted $2600 with around $150 in material. Had sub come back to fix, but only a few tiles were replaced that had obvious lippage. Photos are after “repair” overall uneven grout joints and crooked tiles. Will have to live with until I find a professional tile setter to redo
