I’ve been bringing my three birds to this location for nail and beak trimming for over three years, and this is the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience. After this visit, I noticed my birds had visible scars and were bleeding. They were clearly in pain, which has never happened before. When I raised concerns, I was told this was “normal,” which I strongly disagree with based on years of prior visits. I left extremely upset and disappointed. I trusted this place with my birds, and this experience was heartbreaking.

This is a fantastic spot for bird lovers! It’s the only store in the area where I found the specific food my three parrots absolutely love 🦜. The staff is amazing—especially the lady cleaning the cages, who was so kind and attentive. The cashier was also very welcoming. If you're looking for a parrot or want to donate one to help them find a better home, this is definitely the place to go!

I reached out to the store to purchase a cockatiel and was told that they had several to choose from and they had babies being weened - when I arrived I found that there were 6 cockatiels in the store and no one could tell me their age other than to say they were between 6 mos-1year. I asked for assistance in helping me pick the best bird for me and was told to just pick one with the color I liked. I picked out my bird and brought him home to find that the feathers on his head had been plucked out by his cage mates picking on him. For a place that advertised they are experts and help you choose best bird for you I was disappointed in selection and process - this store makes false claims about age and selection of birds. I like this place. They have an assortment of birds, and cages were clean. They sell fish too and are growing in that department. I enjoyed walking around and looking at the birds, some would even talk or dance. When birds get going it can be noisy, but its a bird store so noise is to be expected, and makes the experience for many even more of a joy.

After years of being told how amazing their ice cream is, and seeing how many people wait in line to get some, I decided it was time to try for myself. It was wholly underwhelming. Expensive for what it was (a rather small size and it's $9), whereas you can drive one mile to the Baskin Robbins on Rt1 and get one double the size for $7. It was mediocre. It wasn't terrible, it didn't taste funny or anything, it was just unremarkable. People around here get way too hyped up about very basic stuff.
