Our two pups had a great experience! We especially appreciate that Ashley focuses on one dog at a time, ensuring no other customers' dogs are queued up. The shop is excellently equipped, even boasting a comfortable lounger where one of my pups could relax while watching her sister. While the cost was comparable to other local shops, the superior value lies in the professional quality of the cut and the personalized, exclusive experience. Our dogs looked fantastic and were clearly much more comfortable. They even wanted to return!
Our pup had a great first experience at Ashley’s just before Thanksgiving and we look forward to her New Year’s cut very soon! She looked fantastic and, so importantly, was happy and calm when I picked her up. We really appreciate Ashley’s focus on one dog at a time and the homey, comfortable environment she provides for the spa experience! We heard about her from another happy customer whose coat we’d admired, and we highly recommend Ashely and Luxe Pups!
Time I showed up, she’s had forgotten my dog appointment. We rebooked for a 530 then we showed up and she was closed. She did not call to tell me so we showed up twice for no reason.
Love working w/ Ashley! She is such a pro w/ our quirky dog--definitely recommend. So glad she is here in Ipswich!!
