This company is amazing! They have the best harnesses, most harnesses have a big clunky hook on the back, which makes you have to remove the harness so your doggy can lay on its back! The Roman harnesses don’t have that, just a simple hook! I have purchased these harnesses for my German Shepherd and my Shih Tzu, they last forever, I only have a couple for variety. They do have a great guarantee policy too! Honestly I just purchased another set today, I’m sure the current set I have would probably been covered under the policy but a company that makes such great quality I personal chose to just order a new set. I think it’s important to support great businesses. If your Vet sells them like mine does, just buy them. These products are worth the money!

I've purchased the biothane collar, harness and leash. Its beautiful and well made! My only complaint is I wish they had more colors to choose from & I wish the leash had a carabiner clasp! I love the hot pink its beautiful on my girl! I really appreciate that their products are made in the USA🐾❤️

I am a retailer who has been selling Lupine products for 12 years. I submit damaged products to Lupine for credit about once a year. Because of this I did not know there was a change in policy and now it is the customers responsibility to return them. I have about 35 damaged products that I have returned for customers and gave them replacements. Lupine will not credit me. I'm not sure why because I did purchase them and would just like replacements. I would think that after selling their products and boasting how they are a local business to boost the sales of them that they would honor my request. They can see in my history that I only request credit once a year to save time on their end and mine. I'm very disappointed in this and am very sorry I ever recommended your products. I will ha

I bought a leash my dog chewed it in 10 seconds. No cash refunds. This company is bad. They only replace it once. They require you pay shipping. The donce protect the stores that sell them.

Fantastic collars. I love that they back up their products with the warranty. I had a cat that destroyed at least a collar a year. I just sent them a picture of the old collar and they sent me a new one quickly. I have a dog now and she is spoiled with too many collars. One for every holiday.
