Brought my dog in for a routine spay. Cared for my dog for 4 days after the procedure. Babied her. My dog ended up dying and Dr. Bacon did everything she could to blame us. I followed instructions to a T. My dog ended up in the ER 4 days later. She ended up passing. We received a very condescending phone call blaming us for her death. Please if you love your pet do not bring them here. My dog was not the same dog when we were brought her home after procedure. Each passing day she got worse. Now we lost our dog and Dr. Bacon shrugged and said “sorry”
I have been bringing our cat, Luna, here for several years and the simple reason for that is THEY ARE THE BEST! Very comforting to both your animal and you. Very professional and always concerned with making sure your animal is receiving the best care possible. Luna just had her visit a few days ago, and again, the Ludlow Animal Clinic was FANTASTIC!
Update and edit: Please read the whole thing or skip to the bottom where the edit is or just understand that I love my pets and this place is a dumpster fire. --------- I brought my cat there a year ago. She had a wheeze and a cough and she drooled some. She also is a rescue and had some jaw and nose damage from a dog attack. She always seemed to be in pain and yelp when she chewed on something hard wrong. They said she was fine and sent us home. A few weeks ago she was in some serious trouble so I took her to a hospital. They fixed her up, gave me 2 weeks of antibiotics. Now she barely wheezes, stopped drooling, lost the cough, she even lost the extra pain in her jaw and I can pet her under the chin normally. We find the Ludlow Animal Clinic to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The clinic is very clean. Our cats are always treated very well and come out happy. We would definitely recommend Ludlow Animal Clinic to all pet owners.
