Dr. Chris Sevigny at Lucky Pet Animal Hospital is by far the BEST Veterinarian that we have ever had, and we have had several exceptional ones over the years. Dr. Sevigny is extremely intelligent, knowledgeable, perceptive, friendly, sincere, kind, down to earth, takes his time to explain things and our three Golden Retrievers adore him!! When our oldest Golden Retriever, 11.75 years old, suddenly became ill, he was honest with us as to what HE would do if it was his dog. The rest is history and our boy had a successful spleen and mass removal MVMC and has been feeling like a puppy again and has gone on to do more therapy dog work with the public. I have been going to lucky pet for years. The reason why I am given a 4 star is because I brought my cat there today for rabie shot. They thought my cat was new because they had no record. She was there 2 years ago. How did that happen I know a new Dr so new business taking over I don't know. Still you don't loose records . I am also given a 5 star because they have some one who grooms so my cat being long fur will be going back to be groomed and I feel better her having it done at the vets then at a pet store who also grooms. Hopefully will be a good outcome. I am also given a 5 star as even though it was my first time meeting new Vet Dr name Christopher he never introduced himself but I didn't either , but he picked up my cat and held her a little before he examined her. Fantastic vet! Everyone is so kind and the environment is clean, calm, and welcoming. My husky has been naughty recently getting into things he shouldn’t, and you can really tell they care— they follow up on past issues and gave me some breed-specific advice to help with his boredom and behavior. My pup also has issues with getting blood drawn/vaccines, and they do everything they can to make him calm and comfortable. They treat him like he’s one of their own beloved pets! I would highly recommend this veterinary hospital, and plan to continue coming here!

We have a very old dog (15 years old) who has had back and neurological issues his whole life. Because of these issues, we have had to take a holistic approach to his health and well-being. The money we have spent taking this holistic approach!! He currently is on much needed pain meds for arthritis. The new vet here out of the blue refused to refill his pain management prescription requiring us to make an unnecessary appointment before refilling it. This despite our dog having been seen there with a full set of labs completed within the last 6 mos. And despite the fact that they had been refilling his prescription for several months since our last visit with no problem-- just out of the blue decided not to.
