Great little pet store offering a wide range of products. Our dog has food allergies so we have to use a specific flavor of NutriSource dry dog food. No problem! They ordered it and gave us a call when it came in stock. They even offered to place it on a reoccurring order so they'd always have it available. Great service! Will become a return customer for sure!
They are always so friendly and helpful. And they carry only the best foods and products. My dog Anya is 12 and hardly walks but when we go there she prances around like nothing is wrong, she loves it there! Very customer oriented.
Good selection of products and I appreciate that they have a “buy so many bags, get one free” deal. The store is clean, well laid out, and the staff is friendly. As you can see, my cats love the catnip toys!
Always feel welcome in this store and every employee interaction has been positive. Great advice and suggestions on transitioning our dogs to a better food. You never feel like you are inconveniencing staff which is outstanding customer service that is a rarity these days. They have a huge selection of toys and you can bring your dog in and give it a bath. Thank you Loyal Biscuit staff!
