Low Cost Vet Mobile

Thank you to everyone who helped nurse my baby (kitty) back to health! He was sick for a few weeks and I was able to get him seen asap and the directions and medications given was exactly what was needed. It’s only been less than two weeks and he is almost at 100%. I’m so grateful!

I have been with them since they first opened and honestly this place gave me hope because without them I probably would not be able to visit a vet at all. You used to be able to come into the van now they do not allow it. They take u our pet inside without you. They are now in not the most convenient location in queens. The owner has definately gotten a lot more gruff, no little chit chatter here. If u ask him how he is he will tell you there is no the for thatI. I imagine working with the public and their pets has to be supper draining and ain't no one getting any younger, so I get it. Staff is efficient and nice. They do a good job and the owner obviously has a good heart.

So sad to hear about the tragedy. We recently took on a cat with kidney issues after a friend unexpectedly passed away. It wasn’t something we had financially prepared for but Low Cost Vet Mobile made it possible. They do an amazing job with the limited resources they have and from the sound of all these reviews, while navigating countless people demanding top tier service for a place that is taking on beyond what any other vet in NYC is willing to. Hoping the workers or anyone else close to the owner can share any ways the community can help and give back to them after them giving so much to the community throughout the years.

Saturday afternoon, I read about the tragedy in the local news and recognized the place we had gone several times with our beagle Bobby. WE always got highly professional help, a correct diagnosis, and plenty of instructions afterwards. Great, caring people! The best vet professional help/treatment/prices in the city, hands down! Our sincere condolences to Dr. Ashraf's family and the Low Cost Vet team! You will be missed! Max, Kathy, and Bobby the beagle

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I emailed in advance about bringing in this old, clearly ill street cat on my block and if they'd be able to offer care to a resuce. They said sure, bring her in. I added my name to the list and they said it'd be a long wait and it was up to me if I wanted to wait. Sure, I had read some of the other comments and I knew what I signed up for. They took lunch at 3:30 and didn't get back until 5:30 after telling everyone they'd be back in an hour...that was a two hour break. They come back from lunch with a wine bottle in hand already halfway empty. Later I saw them throw out the finished bottle. Meanwhile it was pouring rain out and people were out in the freezing cold waiting for them to get back from lunch after the said a one hour lunch
