Thank you for all that you all do. I can not emphasize how grateful I am for the love and care you provide to our fur babies when they need you. It is a god send that you people care more about the health and treatment for our animals over the greed I have unfortunately encountered with every single other vet in our area between Lovington and Hobbs, NM when providing care. We as a community are both blessed and privileged to have you business.

they don’t even deserve a one star review, my sister adopted a dog from them she was excited to be a new dog mom and not even 24 hours after having the dog she noticed signs of parvo and took him to the vet, there they confirmed he had parvo and was in critical condition and said the best thing was to keep him overnight to monitor him, the next day my sister got the call that he had passed. AS A ANIMAL SHELTER adopting out dogs they should 1000% check for parvo especially being around other dogs they are adopting out this is very irresponsible on their part and they honestly shouldn’t be in business adopting out sick dogs. Took amazing care of my pup. Recently, it has closed location here in lovington. Go to Denver city. Same nursing staff, great vet.

I made appointment to get our dachshund dog spayed. Dropped her off in the morning of appointment day. Picked her up at 3:30 pm as they requested. I wasn’t giving any info. on how to care for her at home. I asked when should I feed her, the man that handed her to me said “she will let you know”. What is that supposed to mean? Then they said bring her back in two weeks to get stitches removed. I called many times to find out, when they would be available to take stitches out. I finally was able to get her stitches removed. Nobody there was very friendly. I don’t believe I will be bringing my pets here again.

I went here to have my cat euthanized because she diagnosed him with SEVERE FIP and she couldn’t/wouldn’t euthanize him then but wanted to charge $100 for us to stay with him until the end then tried to reschedule for the following day. This vet has ZERO compassion, ZERO patient care and appears to only care about the money, not the loving bond between pet and person. I do NOT recommend her for anyone who loves their pets!!! RIP Chaucer despite that horrible woman!!!
