I strongly advise avoiding this business due to their complete lack of accountability and professionalism when a dog is injured in their care. I initially brought my dog here for grooming and shortly afterward noticed he would not allow me to touch his ears. I took him to the veterinarian the following day, where the doctor confirmed that both of his ears had been cut as a result of poor grooming. That vet visit cost me $430, directly due to their negligence. Despite this, I chose not to confront the business at the time and continued using their services, hoping this was an isolated incident. I also made it very clear going forward that they needed to be extra cautious with his ears but never shared the fact that I went to the vet even though I have the receipt from the visit. I’ve been bringing my dog to this salon for about 5 years, and unfortunately the experience has gone downhill since the ownership/management changed in 2025. What used to be a reliable and professional place now feels completely careless and unprofessional. Over the past 6 months I’ve dealt with mixed-up appointments, an unfriendly attitude from the girl at the front desk, and multiple times getting my dog back with wet hair, knots still in his coat, and even small cuts around his ear. It’s been disappointing to see the decline, but today’s experience was the final straw. This morning I dropped my dog off at 8:20am for a BATH ONLY. I have taken my teacup Yorkie to Loving Touch Grooming salon due to the friendliness, care, and punctuality of how they run their business. The staff there is very attentive and extremely cordial. The way they receive, handle, and return my dog is a true indication that they definitely love animals! They listen and they try to accommodate each customer; they do everything in their power to make sure that every single customer is pleased. I have been taking my dog there for several years and also found out that one of my colleagues takes his goldendoodle to Loving Touch. He too, has positive comments and high rankings of Loving Touch.

Was referred there today by a good customer, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the front desk staff was very kind and welcoming, I had a negative encounter with one of your male groomers. He declined to groom my dog, stating she would had to be “completely shaved” due to what he described as “neglect.” He also mentioned he wouldn’t spend three hours on her, and his tone came off as dismissive and Rude. I took my dog to my local groomer, PLEASE SHOW that rude gentleman the pictures below one hour after I left your establishment. If he didn’t want to work he could’ve ask another stylist.

My puppy has been four times now to this groomer and not only do they do excellent work at a fair price but it’s evident that they truly care for each pet as if it was their own. They make my puppy feel safe, secure, and loved. Five stars
