I would like to share my gratitude for the exceptional care and prompt service my pup received from the staff, Dr. Rebecca S., and Hannah at Lovet Animal Hospital at Las Sendas in Mesa. We’ve been patients of this facility since it was previously Las Sendas Animal Hospital, and I’ll admit I was a little hesitant when the transition happened—but they are still great, if not even better. My pup, Kix, was having severely labored breathing, and I feared the worst as I rushed in. The team reassured me, calmed my fears, and treated both Kix and me with genuine compassion. Lovet-Las Sendas staff is so friendly, caring and helpful the moment you walk in and the entire time until you leave! Our doctor, Jessica Carrillo is amazing! She went above and beyond with the care of our aging dog by walking my husband and me through the process of making the hard decision regarding euthanizing our dog. Dr Carrillo was so kind, supportive and patient addressing our questions and concerns. During the euthanizing our dog she showed so much compassion to not only my doggie but to me as well. She softly walked me through each step as I cradled my doggie to the end. We are so grateful for La Sendas! A great place to take your pets and receive outstanding care!

The two stars come from the care and treatment received for the initial visit. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable about the dog. The lack of other stars comes from the blatant dishonesty about surgery requirements / fees. We have a pregnant dog at home, ready to have her C-section soon, and zero males of accidentally impregnating her. Shes a 100% indoor dog too. The only time she would ever be outside is us letting her use the bathroom (supervised) and coming back inside. When calling in to inquire about the csection & what is required at no point did they say a spay is mandatory. Obviously recommend it if we arent breeders. Understood. We ask about general csection pricing (we know it’s variable based on several factors). But we wanted to have a ball park idea before choosing to proceed. The

Having "Shots for Life" at Lovet Pet care Clinic -Las Sendas (formerly Las Sendas Animal Hipsital) saves. Coco has been going here since she was a puppy. (10 years). The staff is friendly and doctors knowledgable.

I provided my rabies record to this vet before bringing my dog in for checkup last month. I noticed that they had a groomer so I decided to give them a try. The person who answered started asking for updated shot records as soon as she answered. I assured her I had provided it during my visit. She had the nerve to argue with me about whether I brought it in. I am not stupid. You are. I cannot travel on an airplane without shot records. Also because I won't over vaccinate my dog I now need a parvo shot. I guess it is the color or my skin and race.
