Just took my dog Papi to Lovely Pets and they did such a great job. Before the appointment, I spoke with the owner on the phone and he was super helpful. He went over all the services, answered all my questions, and really made me feel comfortable leaving Papi there. When I picked him up, he looked amazing. The groomer listened to everything I asked for, even asked for a photo and matched the haircut exactly. You can tell they really pay attention to detail and care about doing it right. I’ll definitely be going back!

Lovely Pets is fantastic! My dog struggles with severe anxiety, so for his first grooming appointment, I gave him medication to keep him calm. However, at the end of the session, the owner, Luis, suggested trying the next visit without it. To my surprise, they groomed him perfectly without any medication—a total win-win! It’s also great to have an owner who is so hands-on and genuinely cares. They made me feel completely at ease, making the whole experience even better!
