Lou's Place for Pets

Lous Place For Pets has been grooming our Two and Tilly . They look forward to going see and Sheena. Very professional very observant like she found a tick between the paw of my dog one time.. They do a really good job just a really really good job and our little girls may be fluffy. Looking little house dogs, but they live on a big farm and they get outside and they get pretty dirty at times.. I can message her or call her before grooming time and say hi. I haven’t got to do anything with them. They are impossible. Can you Give them a good scrubbing twice twice? Check their ears for me let me know if there’s anything I need to do like if I need to take them to the vet for something.. Because yes, sometimes we can overlook things that the groomer won’t. She’s a blessing when it comes to

No one will treat your animals as good as Sheena! She will love them like her own and would even give them life saving measures if anything was to ever go wrong. Get a groomer and boarder who is serious enough to give your dog or cat mouth to mouth if they needed it! You won't meet anyone as nice to animals (humans are debatable) as Sheena! Just run to Lou's place for pets!

Didn’t clip toe nails. Her ears are uneven. She didn’t trim in between her puppy pads on her feet. First time and last time going

Very rude to customers! I Took my daughters pet for boarding for the first time and was talked to horribly, because of a miscommunication issue when it was arranged. The owner was very rude and hateful! I did not leave my daughters dog because if they treat customers like that I can only imagine how they treat the pets behind closed doors. Not sure if she was having a bad day or not, but you don’t talk to customers that way. My daughter and I have shopped there for pet supplies sometimes, but NEVER again.

Bit sassy to customers, stopped by to see when the earliest my dog could be groomed. Which wasn’t until June, asked if there was a cancellation fee incase I found a groomer that could do it faster. There’s not a cancellation fee but in her words “doesn’t matter if your house is on fire and you miss I won’t book you again.” I’m sure she does a good job grooming but I’m not with the sass and attitude
