Loubelle's Kennel-Pet Boarding, Daycare, Grooming, and Training

I've been coming to this facility for well over five years prior to me bringing my own pets. My father used to come here and train his pitbull and utilize the boarding as well. But as of today, they have lost a dedicated customer because of the most flippant mouth of a receptionist that they have! My booking started off great, and even the receptionist started off with a positive Attitude accommodating my last minute booking. However, due to this facilities, outdated customer tracking system, they always have a hard time locating my customer information card. Using a paper filing system can be the most disorganized system ever if you are not properly documenting and keeping updated information. I really wish they would modernize this place and get some kind of computer system to help keep

My three dogs were boarded here through july 3-6. We had left them here before but this experience truly left us wondering if they took care of them. All of my dogs came back with kennel cough. They didn’t feed any of my dogs correctly!!! All of them came back skinny almost seeing their ribs!! We were returned with the food bags completely full! My gsd and husky use to weigh 75 pounds (gsd) and 65 pounds (husky) they came back weighing 69 pounds (gsd) and 53 pounds (husky). We went to the place to ask what had happened and they admitted they weren’t feed correctly and took responsibility for it. But they denied allegations of giving our dogs kennel cough. They said it takes 7 days for kennel cough to development and our dogs should be vaccinated. (All of them are) but even with the vaccin

Worse experience i ever had. No customer service at all. I went out of the country for 9 days and made arrangements to leave my 4 dogs and paid half up front. Then I returned and only then was I told they are not open on Sunday. So I had to wait till Monday morning to get my dogs from. Sat evening. First thing they said at 7am was you know we have to charge the extra day. Now I was ready to pay the extra day on Sat or even sun but I was not given the opportunity. I also was ready to tip 200 bucks but again they only concern was the extra day. Then she talks about everything and by this time other customers are coming in and I had to say let's get my dogs so I can go. Then we have to take one by one out the front doors 4 dogs that have not seen there owner for 11 days and through the offi

My dog will not be going back to this place. I was told that my dog growled at the person in charge and that was not the temperament of my dog. You were annoying him. I was told that you added water to his food which made him constipated. I know my dog is spoiled but I felt that he was abused and He was SUPER THIRSTY!!
