Visiting Lotus Veterinary Clinic with my nervous dogs was such a great experience! The staff handled my pets with incredible care and patience, and they explained everything they were doing during each step of the visit. They were also very prompt about getting back to me with test results and helpful follow-up suggestions. It was truly an all-around great experience for both me and my pets. Highly recommend!

Our visit to Lotus Veterinary Clinic in Gladstone was, by far, the best veterinary visit we have experienced with our large German Shepherd, who is generally very upset at his vet appointments. Dr. Shakira Rosario’s knowledge and confidence seemed to be calming for our boy. He had no adverse reactions as she examined and handled him. Dr Rosario’s many years of experience in the veterinarian field is very evident. We really felt like she listened to us and considered our thoughts and concerns on our pet’s health. In addition, we found her entire office staff to be excellent at each of their positions as well as kind, caring, and very easy to work with. This is a great team in a beautiful, well managed new office.
