From the moment you step in the door at Lorena Veterinary Center with your pet, you will be made to feel welcome and cared for. My puppy had her 12 week vaccines and wellness exam done here this morning and it was overall a positive experience for her, in spite of needles and fecal sample collection. I especially appreciated being put in an exam room immediately upon arrival, since she is so young, and I also had my toddler with me. Dr. Snowden took the time to do a thorough exam and answer any questions I had. He was calm and reassuring with an excited puppy, and helped her to relax. As someone who worked as a licensed tech for many years, I look for a high standard of care and I found it here. It is a blessing to have found a place I can trust with my pet! I will be back.

We recently changed our veterinary services to Lorena Veterinary Clinic. I can’t begin to say from the first appointment with Dr. Snowden I was impressed with his ability to show that he truly cares about his patients and you. He showed compassion and takes the time to examine your pet, listen to your concerns explain the process of the treatment and answer any questions. Our dog’s issue required surgery and was urgent. The holidays were upon us but he and Dr. Baldwin performed the surgery on Christmas Eve day. We were so amazed at how much they cared. Their pricing is very reasonable and their expertise and the fact that they undoubtedly care makes me grateful that I found them.

If you are in the market for a new Veterinarian, this is your place! Dr. Snowden and his team are knowledgeable, caring and kind. It's a family practice and you will see the same staff each time you visit.

Dr. Snowden is so great, he talks with me about the care of my dog, not at me. He is very patient while I ask a ton of questions and he is very thorough when sharing the answers to my questions. If I could give 10 stars I would, the level of care for the pets he sees is top notch. Trust me, I wouldn't take my girl Honey to just anyone. Also, I want to give kudos to the girls at the front desk, very sweet and devoted to offering the best service. Also, being a trained Shopper over the years, I feel very confident in the care he and his entire team gives the pets that come to him for care. Honey gives them 2 paws up....LOL.

The staff was so nice and Dr. Snowden took the time to make sure my Callie was ok. Super exciting to have a local family veterinarian right down the road.
