We were very appreciative of the care our little dog received for the short time she was seen at the clinic. Unfortunately, we had to euthanize her after only 3 months. At that time we made private cremation arrangements and chose a wooden urn. We were told her name, date of birth and date of death would be on the urn. We received a blank wooden box. My husband contacted the manager of the clinic and was told this was what we selected and signed for and if we hadn’t wanted this we should not have ordered it. My husband tried to explain what we were told and he repeatedly raised his voice speaking over my husband. The next day I received a text inquiring about our pet’s date of birth which I answered. The following day I received another text saying a name plate had been ordered and should

I really can’t brag about this clinic enough. My cat ended up needing surgery to remove a obstruction from his intestines. Dr.Curt and Dr.Blackstone took amazing care of him and my boy is healing great. Megg at the front desk was very helpful and explained everything step by step to insure we felt comfortable. I feel like I finally found a place that really cares about our furry friends. This place definitely has our business! Thank you for saving our Kipper!

These people really care! Even though it was almost closing time. Even though they were overbooked. Even though our situation was hopeless.... Still they said come anyway. They met us with open arms, tissues and tenderness. They handled our sweet baby who had passed on the car ride to the clinic with care and concern. There was no 5 o'clock rush. Just tenderness and hugs. They will be our vet for future needs.

Can’t say enough about how pleasant my experience has been so far with this clinic. I called about establishing my animals and Tracy was so nice! Tracy gave all the information needed and was so outgoing! She had a very sweet tone and was very patient with me. You can tell the receptionists love their job! Needless to say, i have decided to establish with this clinic due to Tracy and the other receptionists professional and positive attitudes!

The lovely staff here helped us last minute with our sweet winny girl, at almost 19 years old cross over the rainbow 🌈 bridge. I’ve never experienced such humanity and kindness, and I will be forever grateful, you’ve earned a new customer for life. Thank you for understanding our pain as we lost our daughter.
