Lookout Mountain Pet Boarding

This is a wonderful pet service! I used Alex and the Lookout Mountain Pet Boarding for 11 years while living in Mentone. I boarded my dogs at her facility and she pet sat at my home for my three cats, and she even fed a stray cat at my shop in Mentone. Alex is a compassionate pet lover who always does a thorough and professional job, and she goes above and beyond the basics of the job. For instance while I was out of the state we had a wildfire on the mountain not far from my home. She and her husband brought carriers and relocated our cats to her boarding facility without my even asking, and she brought their cat tower so they would have something familiar in the room. I recommend her wholeheartedly and without reservation.

We have boarded our two dogs 4 to 6 times a year, from 2 nights to 7 nights, for the past several years. Alex loves dogs and our dogs love her! We are so grateful for this option, before our pups would enter other facilities shaking and obviously scared. At LMPB they come in wagging their tails! We really appreciate Alex's extended hours, particularly the weekend options, and her flexibility with drop off and pick up. On the two occasions there have been random issues (both out of her conrol) Alex has gone above and beyond to take care of things. Our pups are pretty spoiled but we feel confident leaving them in the care of Lookout Mountain Pet Boarding and highly recommend their services!

I have used them 4 times now and will continue to. They are great people and are making lots of upgrades that look awesome. I have always been pleased with their care for our babies. Of course accidents happen, they are dogs! And they will sometimes do things they know they shouldn't do, like tearing up their beds or pee on them, etc, mine have done it but no fault of LMPB. I couldn't be more pleased with them and unless they kick me out I will use them exclusively.❤️

Worst boarding experience I have ever had! This was my babies 2nd stay. The first stay was great. I was 1000 miles away she would not answer text or phone calls. When I arrived to pick my babies up they were in pure filth! Beds and blankets were soaked in urine! I paid for the suite for them to be together, they were housed in the smaller pen together. You can tell by your dogs behavior if treatment has not been a good experience. My dogs were very unhappy! I will never go back!

Left our 6 month old Golden in the capable hands of Alex at Lookout Mountain Pet Boarding. He came back happier than when he went in. Normally, he is a little reserved but Alex spent some time playing with him and he was all in. Thanks for taking good care of our baby.
