Customer Reviews
This is our favorite place to get our dog any products. He loves the food and is a picky eater! We love the shampoo at home and look forward to using the dog wash soon! My boyfriend has been a customer for at least 7 years and I have been coming in for about 6 months. These are the best people as they care about each and every furry customer! Thank you all!
Several great experiences here. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and interested in helping. I have a special needs puppy, and the products and resources they provided have been top notch.
Norm & Ken always help me find the very best healthy choices for my pups. They are extremely knowledgeable and take personal interest in your pets and their needs. I won't shop anywhere else!
I went in today and was blown-away! Amazing store, super nice & VERY HELPFUL staff. Norm helped me pick out a Freedom No-Pull Harness for my client's dog and it's a GAME CHANGER! 👍🏼🐕🦺🙏🏼🙏🏼✨
Took my dog here to get a bath and unfortunately, they did not mix the tea tree shampoo correctly and it caused burns all over her body and I had to take her to the vet. She’s on two antibiotics and a cream $400 later so I would not use the shampoos provided…. I also think if they cannot mix it correctly, they should NOT put it at the bathtub. I called and was told sorry they must have not diluted the mixture correctly, but if it can cause that kind of reaction on a dog, they should NOT have it for people to use. This is just part of her body where her fur started falling out, but it is all over her body. Won’t be back
