Front desk staff amazing and professional, prices amazing! Way affordable paid $600 less than what I paid for my other dogs spaying at another veterinarian. The tech described everything in detail and doctor was kind thank you LI Spray and Neuter. They are quick and efficient Ignore the one star reviews. I’m looking at responses from the business and it’s rare to see a business that protects, respects and understands their staff. Love to see it. Definently recommending this place!

They used to be amazing. Lately they have not been so great. I went the other day and the place was so dirty pee all over and it smelt so bad. It is never like that. I was the only one in the waiting room and I was waiting 45 minutes. I walked outside the room to ask what was going on and all the exam room doors were open. I saw someone and she said oh well they are behind they will be a little longer. Waiting an hour is outrageous. Then the lady asked well what is he here for like they even forgot I was in the room. I called the ask for a manager which they would not give me. The person on the phone said yeah well it is someone new and covering since our vet is out on maternity leave. If the covering provider could not keep up they should have let me know when I showed up. The front des

I have brought my cats here and my dog. And the facility is clean and the staff is pretty nice . The prices are also thee most reasonable I have found. So that’s why I go here :) - my cats have got neutered here - vaccines - Boosters - aids/leukemia check

Thank you LI Spay & Neuter for taking care of my girl. Everything from drop off to pick up was efficient and easy. Their staff answered all my questions and I could tell they made my pup as comfortable as possible. This was my first experience with spaying a pet so I didn’t really know what to expect, it honestly couldn’t have been a better experience. Also serious bonus points for the exam room decor!
