I've read all of the reviews. I understand each situation is different. I've been bringing my Bella here for almost 5 years. I received nothing but excellent service each time we came, including grooming. A specific bad review read (Hester), your review was based on the fact you didn't like the price. You get what you pay for. This office provides lower fees than most vets around (I did my extensive homework) and is 100% honest. And the entire staff actually cares on the wellbeing of your pet. Dr. Bryant is the best. Hands down!

We originally chose this veterinary office because their prices were significantly lower than other clinics in the Atascocita, Humble, and Crosby areas. Unfortunately, I deeply regret giving them our business and will be returning to Banfield or other veterinarians we’ve trusted in the past. I’m extremely disappointed in the way my dog was treated during her visit today. My 4-pound toy poodle puppy was kept in a tiny cloth carrier for eight hours while “waiting to be worked into the schedule.” During that time, no one offered to let her out for a walk, give her water, or allow her to use the restroom. At the end of the day, I received a call asking for permission to sedate her just so they could examine a small hotspot on her hip — despite the fact that she is a gentle, well-mannered puppy who has never shown aggression toward anyone. Keeping a small animal confined that long without basic care is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of compassion and consideration for the well-being of their patients. Response to your reply: It's reckless on your part to imply I'm not taking care of my dog, maybe even to the degree of defamation. I really hope your office records the calls because then the truth will come out. I have statements from 2 people who pet her every day and they were disgusted that you said I'm neglecting her and that she was extremely matted. Calling me delusional is an attack on me personally. If it's "your policy" to do an exam before every sedate groom, then why didn't you do one for my dog? That's why I question if she was actually sedated - what else did you lie about? We have taken our dogs here for a while now and have spent around 1k$ this month there. They have been pretty good the entire time but recently their front staff was having a bad day and throwing around her sarcasm and attitude to my wife and I and started yelling at me over the phone. I will never return to this vet again and I will advise anyone to not go here.
