I am writing this review to warn other reptile owners. In September, I purchased a bioactive enclosure from this business. At the time of purchase, two leopard geckos were living in the enclosure and were removed before I took it home. I was told it would be properly cleaned. Prior to being placed in that enclosure, my leopard gecko was completely healthy. I do not co-house reptiles, and I do not handle other reptiles outside of my own. This enclosure was the only change in his environment. Within two months, he became severely ill. After veterinary testing, he was diagnosed with Cryptosporidium (Crypto), a highly contagious and often fatal parasite spread through fecal contamination. He has now been in quarantine for months, and his condition has deteriorated to the point where I am havin

Best Reptile store in town. It's a little bit of a drive for me, but worth it. There insects are always in great shape and healthy, my leopard geckos love them!.. They also have a huge selection of exotic reptiles you won't find other places. The staff is also cool and friendly!

I want to say thank you to Jacob for doing an amazing job in providing us with the best customer service one could ask for. As first tine Chameleon parents, he made sure we were shopping for the right items, got the right enclosure, humidifier and everything. The store was super busy but he was able to accommodate everyone who needed his assistance. Highly recommended!

Just moved to summerlin with my ball python and found this reptile store. Wide variety of essential items for my ball python Orpheus. Joey was very informative on what it was that I needed to maintain a healthy Ball python who is the love of my life. I recommend This reptile store to be one of the best, and if you’re looking for all the necessities for any and all reptile, this is the store to go to! We have been coming to this store for well over two years, mostly for feeders for my ball python. The staff is amazing, friendly, and attentive. Yesterday, we signed up for the habitat activity and were not disappointed! Special shout out to Trey, Tony, and Cooper who were so helpful and great. We left with a beautiful habitat for our two Australian Whites. Highly recommend!
