Ever since Dr. Beth left, this place has gone straight downhill. The damage from the flood should have been easily fixed MONTHS ago, yet to this day they do nothing. This suggests that they either do not care or are close to filing for Chapter 11. Either way, I'm getting my pets out now before I'm left scrambling to find a new vet. They are also INSANELY overpriced compared to other vets, beyond ridiculous.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. We have a cat who is a monster when it comes to keeping him inside. He has been injured 2 times now outside and each time I have called they have gotten Macaroni in day of to make sure he is ok. The receptionists, vet techs and vets - they are all so nice, each and every one of these workers in this facility truly care about all animals they work with. Thank you all so much. My fur babies appreciate you so so much!

Livonia Veterinary Hospital is great. Our chocolate lab - Brady, went there for the past 14 years and they have always been honest, compassionate and helpful. Brady just passed away at age 15+ and Dr. Jeff made the process as thoughtful and peaceful as possible. We even received a nice card from him a couple days later. Dr. Beth and Dr. Boyd have also been terrific on previous visits, as well as the entire staff. Thank you so much for giving Brady great care through the years. Rob and MB Stalter

Everyone so nice to our pups!!! They truly care about our pups and are so friendly! They never hesitate to take on a difficult case and are determined to figure it out and keep our pups healthy!

Took my kittens there once for their first shots and everything went well but spend almost $700 Made an appointment for a spay and neuter a couple months after and they scheduled a couple months out due to construction which I understand They then rescheduled me to over another month out and had a drawn out time trying to get ahold of them to get an estimated price Not they’re telling me I’m not scheduled even though i got a text reminder and now they want me to bring them in for another overpriced check up and that they aren’t scheduling surgeries Very disorganized and overpriced I will not be going to this clinic again
