Living Free Animal Sanctuary

What a gorgeous sanctuary! We had an hour tour around the sanctuary accompanied by an AWESOME staff member. Thank you Living Free Animal Sanctuary y’all are the best.

I have volunteered here in the past. I recently rescued my fur baby from here. The staff are very caring and friendly. My new companion and I rescued each other. A six year old Husky/ Pit mix. Smart, well trained and a sweetheart of a dog! I'd recommend adopting/ rescuing any of the many dogs or cats from here.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience here, the property was so incredibly well-maintained and kept, it was beautiful it was peaceful the staff was amazing and kind we adopted a pug who has come to us with the greatest of love no health or behavior issues, living free has many different programs out here to support and take care of veterans and animals and livestock, I strongly recommend supporting them and donating to their Sanctuary to give life and love to all animals

My visit to Living Free Animal Sanctuary was nothing short of magical. The dedicated staff are truly remarkable individuals, showing boundless love and care for the animals in their charge. From the majestic horses to the affectionate dogs and cats, each resident is given the utmost attention and care. The opportunity to tour the sanctuary was a dream come true, allowing me to witness firsthand the incredible work being done here. This place is magic! The staff cares about the animals and it shows in how healthy and happy the dogs and cats are. If you're visiting Idyllwild, it's worth a quick trip over to Living Free to see the work they're doing. Highly recommend.
