HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We had an excellent experience ! We just picked up our baby, Zola, from her first boarding at Little Shop of Howlers and we will not be taking her anywhere else! Prices are very reasonable. You can even add an exit bath or a grooming service during your pets stay. Christine, George, and the staff are great. They are extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and equipped to care for your fur babies! While we were out of town, we received updates on Zola via pictures and videos. This made us feel at ease to know she was not only SAFE, but also that she was having a blast! They provide tons of enrichment activities and they are nearby 24/7 so your pet is never alone. Zola loves her new friends at Little Shop of Howlers and we look forward to bringing her back.

My baby Bella is a 5 month old lab and very energetic!! She stayed for a week with the shop while we were on vacation. George, Christine, and their team took such great care of her. They have groomed my animals for 15+ years. I trust them to take the best care of my fur babies!! They even had a swimming pool and interactive toys! And taught her some tricks. They updated me with a cute video and pic! I feel grateful to have a place that treats my babies like family! Definitely recommend them!! Thanks George, Christine and Team!!❤️🐾❤️🐾

We were so excited to see new owners take over the daycare in Riverbank. Since we live in Riverbank, we had been driving all the way to Modesto and Turlock to take our dog to daycare. Our 130-lb Cane Corso, Thanos, has been attending daycare since he was a puppy, and to say it’s his favorite place is an understatement—he absolutely loves playing with his doggy friends. We were hesitant to try a new daycare, especially since the previous ownership made the facility feel dark and dreary. To my surprise, when I arrived for Thanos’ trial day, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly staff who were genuinely excited to meet my big guy. Christine, the owner, is one of the most pleasant, kind-hearted, and genuine dog lovers I have ever met. She truly takes pride in caring for our dog babies, and

My wife and I were thrilled to learn of a new boarding facility in the Modesto area. The owners were super friendly and followed through with everything they promised, as many others do not! Christine spent a lengthy time on the phone explainig the level of care they provide. We were delighted to receive numerous pics of our dogs playing with the owners. One of our dogs has a lot of anxiety and they had no issues with him at all unlike other facilities we've used in the past, and our dogs truly seemed to enjoyed their stay as well. We look forward to our next booking with the Little Shop of Howlers!

100/10 recommend! We boarded our two dogs here for 3 days while my wife was being induced for labor, and I never once had to worry about them. Knowing they were safe, loved, and so well cared for gave me so much peace of mind during such an important time for our family. Receiving pictures of our dogs during their stay meant a lot to us and was such a thoughtful touch. If you’re looking for a dog boarding place that you can truly trust, this is it. Highly recommend!
