Emergency care for canine UTI. Litchfield Veteranian Clinic squeezed in a pup visit within a few hrs. Kind, compassionate, quick & experienced service. Such a relief for worried fur parents. Definitely have our 5 star recommendation. Thank you!
I took my dog Brutus in to see about a mass in his mouth. I got the worst news. Cancer. They were so passionate and understanding. They are willing to make a small commendation for my boy. If it's nice out, we will sit outside under the warmth of the sun. We will share a little bit of chocolate so he can enjoy something sweet. He will cross the rainbow bridge next Tuesday (05/28/24). I can't thank this clinic enough. They are making this so peaceful. Thank you, guys! I appreciate everything.
Scheduled this appointment weeks in advance. Brought 5 puppies in for their first vet visit, they only had microchips for 3. They did not call ahead to let me know. Was given a quote during scheduling and at checkout there was an additional unquoted charge. Overall energy of the staff was negative, the price was high, the appointment was rushed, and I'm not satisfied with how my puppies were handled. Our closer and preferred vet was booked a month out so we gave this clinic a try. Would not recommend.
UPDATE: I filed a complaint with the MN. Board of Veterinary Medicine regarding Reba. The stipulation & order can be read under the complaints & disciplinary actions icon. My complaint is dated 3/29/23 . One of the requirements of the discipline imposed will be to take classes on digestive diseases & megaesophagus & allowed 6 months to complete! This should be basic knowledge ! I question how many pets HAVE been effected & how many more WILL BE BEFORE THE PUBLIC IS PROTECTED . Our 11 yr. Old lab had been going to the clinic her entire life. She was seen twice in June by Dr. Dan Milender. The second time her symptoms were worsening, she had lost 3 lbs. In 3 weeks. Based on physical exam only we were told she has cancer & would be hospice / comfort care. Unfortunately we trusted
