I’ve been bringing my two kitties there for About a year, and the service is always been excellent, and when budget was of concern, even though I love my cat, they were very respectful of that and we were able to work with the constraints. She is at home now and Hopefully will continue to improve. We are greatly appreciative of all their efforts, and the resources they gave us going forward.

Today, I made the difficult decision to move my 3 dogs to another vet after more than 10 years. While I have no specific issue with Dr. Johnson, I feel like I am simply a profit center for the corporation that owns this location and many others in CR. The service received for the prices paid has really bothered me for a quite some time.But today was the final straw when I brought my 11 year old dog in for rabies/lepto/bordetello vaccinations. We waited more than 25 minutes to see the vet until I finally had to open the door to the back room and ask if they had forgotten about us. They explained the vet was still with another patient. I totally get that. But, why couldn’t someone step in and tell me that after 10-15 minutes? My dog was getting super stressed as the waiting continued. That’

Our first visit here was wonderful. We adopted a small kitten and took her in for a kitten check up. The doc did the full check up for us and it was reasonably priced also. They took very good care of our kitten and it was fast service as well. The nurse and techs were pleasant and the doctor was thorough. We got all our needs met and will be life long customere from now on. Thanks you guys for such a wonderful experience!

We visited 12/13/24. Dr. Johnson was wonderful. First of all, when she came in the room she introduced herself which was nice, not all the doctors do this and it would be nice if they would. She was very gentle and kind to my dog and took great care of him and chose best care options for him with his bilateral ear infections. She explained everything thoroughly to me. The techs were also gentle and kind. Dr Johnson also recognized how miserable my pup was and sent him home with another medication for a few days to help with his discomfort. I’m glad we found this vet office a few years ago.

Love this place . They are so good with both my dogs and are very reasonably priced.
