DO NOT RECOMMEND! Me and my family moved into a newly built house with Link Floors, Inc. being the company they used. Within a year, our "Luxury vinyl floors" were already coming up. We contacted Rebecca who then sent out a staff member to evaluate our floor. He mentioned to us that the floors were NOT properly set at the time of construction. After reaching back out to Rebecca with this information, she goes to say that the staff member did not inform us that our floors were not properly set. However, that is not true! Instead of taking ownership of a rushed job, Rebecca told us that she could not assist us since it is now out of warranty. We used Link Floors to redo the flooring in our breakroom/kitchen at the office and they were nothing but professional and easy to work with. My house was due for carpet and linoleum and because Links had done a decent job before, I called them again. HUGE MISTAKE. Their workers left the place a holy heck mess, didn’t caulk linoleum around toilet or bath so it was curling up, they missed putting down quarter round in kitchen, they missed nailing quarter round that was there, they removed bi-fold doors and couldn’t get them back on so they left them off for me to put back on but they no longer fit. Rebecca in the office promised they would try to be there by the weeks end, they were not. 3 weeks later she informed that their busy week was over so now they could finish. WHO CARES??!
