Max absolutely loves this salon, and gets excited when we tell him he’s going to see Heidi! She does a great job with him, and he comes home looking totally handsome!

Heidi has been grooming our senior schnauzer for several years (since before she opened her own place!). She does a beautiful job, and our dog always looks great afterwards. More importantly, though, Heidi is so wonderful with our elderly dog. She always remembers her, and is so gentle and careful with her. I also appreciate that she schedules appointments to work on one dog at a time so there is no waiting around for hours. I genuinely feel so comfortable leaving our pets with Heidi!! Highly recommend!

Heidi is excellent! I won't take Samson anywhere else. She is caring, loving & a great "hair stylist." She always is always ready for him when I drop him off so there is no over booking which I appreciate.

This was our first visit and I was certainly impressed. Very clean and neat. Owner was pleasant and asked all the questions about Sasha that I expected. She is very knowledgeable. When I picked up Sasha, she was just beautifully groomed!! I'm thoroughly impressed and made her next appointment before leaving the shop. A big plus is that she is 5 minutes from my house in Lanexa, on Route 60. So she is located in the right place for those in New Kent County and surrounding areas. Her prices are consistent with other local groomers. If you take your family pet to Lily's you will be very pleased with her services...OUTSTANDING!
