One of the hardest parts of having fur babies is knowing when to say goodbye and having a trusted group of people to help you through it. The folks here are incredible. With their level of honest care and compassion it certainly wasn’t easy, but we knew he would be in good hands and the best thing for our baby. From them making accommodations for us and their kind words, our experience here was the best it could be under the circumstances and it will never be forgotten. To the front desk, the techs and Dr. Schantz; thank you for taking care of Charlie.

Okay, so when I first tried these guys out 5+ years ago, it was an absolutely dreadful experience - they were rude to me and my cat, they did not spell my name correctly or my address, and they were extremely behind which forced us to wait almost an hour after our scheduled appointment time to even be seen. I was not thrilled and I swore I would not try them again. Well, I decided to give them another shot because it had been so long and I kept hearing about how good they were. I'm infinitely grateful that we tried them out again! I don't know if they upgraded their office software or got new staff or if something else happened, but my experience with them yesterday was a complete 180 from my very first interaction with them all those years ago. Everybody was super friendly, prompt, helpf

Lilley vet is a good vet clinic. The staff there is very caring. All the vets are wonderful especially Dr Stoddard. She listens and really takes the time with you about your pet. Very caring.

Upon moving to Canton, we were in need of establishing a vet for our cat Dahlia. Choosing Lilley Vet was the absolute best decision. Appointments are available and not months away from when you need care. Dr Stoddard has treated our sassy kitty with such kindness and compassion. Taking ample time to talk with us regarding our concerns and offer options. Cost of services has been extremely fair and reasonable. We are very happy to call Lilley Vet "our" vet clinic.

We have been coming here for probably 25 years. I wouldn’t trust my dogs care any where else. The staff has been through new fur babies and helping let our old fur babies pass. The front staff as always is so amazing. We fortunately had Dr Burt for all of our dogs. And now I have Dr Schantz. Wonderful visit. Great practitioner. Thorough exam. And good advice. Thank you all.
